Day 1: SEATTLE
Welcome to Seattle! Head to your centrally-located hotel to drop off your luggage. Then, take some time to start exploring the “Emerald City.” Stroll through Seattle's charming downtown area for vibrant art, delicious cuisine, and unique shops. Join your tour manager and fellow travelers this evening for a welcome wine and cheese reception at your hotel.

Day 2: OVERNIGHT ON BOARD AMTRAK®
njoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel before departing for a sightseeing tour of Seattle. See the iconic attractions around the “Emerald City,” including the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. Lunch is on your own before you and the group head to the Amtrak station and board the Empire Builder for the journey to Montana and Glacier National Park. Traveling daily between Chicago and the Pacific Northwest, along major portions of the Lewis and Clark trail, the mighty Empire Builder takes you on an exciting adventure through the majestic wilderness as your follow the footsteps of early pioneers. Dinner is included on the train.

Day 3: GLACIER NATIONAL PARK
Awake this morning on the train and enjoy the stunning views as you arrive at your destination, Glacier National Park. Skirting the Missouri River you and the group will cross into Montana's Big Sky. Your breakfast and lunch are included in the dining car.

Day 4: GLACIER NATIONAL PARK
Continue exploring Glacier National Park on a Big Sky Circle Tour. Your journey starts on the rugged eastern slopes and follows the glacially carved valleys of the St. Mary's region along the breathtaking “Going to the Sun Road.” Continue down the west side of the park, where you can enjoy lunch on your own at Lake McDonald Lodge. This evening, dinner is provided for you at the Glacier Park Lodge.

Day 5: GLACIER NATIONAL PARK TO YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK
This morning, after your provided breakfast, you will board a private motorcoach transfer to Yellowstone National Park. Upon your arrival, you will check into your hotel and spend the remainder of the day taking in the natural beauty of the world's first national park, home to the most impressive geothermal features in North America. Tonight, enjoy dinner with your fellow travelers.

Day 6: YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK
Today you will visit Yellowstone's upper loop and Lamar Valley on a scenic sightseeing tour. You will see the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, Upper and Lower Falls of the Yellowstone River, Tower-Roosevelt Area, the Mammoth Hot Spring Terraces, and Norris Geyser Basin if time allows. Halfway through the tour, your guide will stop at the Canyon Lodge, so you can grab lunch on your own. After your tour ends, you will check into your hotel accommodations. This evening, dinner is provided for you.

Day 7: YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK TO JACKSON HOLE
This morning, you will embark on an exciting tour of Yellowstone's lower loop. Highlights of this excursion include Old Faithful Geyser, the Old Faithful Inn, Isa Lake on the Continental Divide, and many more gorgeous landmarks. After your tour, you and the rest of the group will take a scenic drive to Grand Teton National Park, where you will enjoy a guided tour of this majestic park and the Teton Mountain Range. Take in the stunning views of the Tetons and explore the Josephine Lake area. This evening, you will arrive in Jackson Hole and check into your hotel.

Day 8: JACKSON HOLE TO SALT LAKE CITY
After your included breakfast, spend the morning at your leisure in Jackson Hole. Check out the local eateries and shops, or go for a scenic hike. After your free time exploring Jackson Hole, you and the group will take a picturesque ride south to Salt Lake City. Upon your arrival, you will have time to check out this pristine city on your own. Hear the renowned Tabernacle Organ, see the State Capital Building, or perhaps visit the Territorial Governor's Mansion and enjoy a hearty pioneer meal from the mansion's authentic dining area.

Day 9: SALT LAKE CITY
Today, take a guided tour of Salt Lake City, the “Crossroads of the West.” Visit the historic Temple Square, Pioneer Park, and many more great Salt Lake City hot spots. This evening, enjoy dinner at a popular Salt Lake City restaurant as you say goodbye to the rest of the group and share stories of your favorite moments during the trip.
